This explains how we protect and respect the data we collect from you. This page will explain how Hospitality Resources will use the information that you give to us, how it is used and the ways in which we protect your privacy.

We collect information from visitors to the site through Feedback/comments forms, posting of Employers vacancy forms, posting of candidate details forms, applying to jobs via email links when not registered and via email when communicating with us.

 

Feedback forms and EmailWe welcome your feedback. This can be done by the Feedback forms on the web site of contact us by emailing Admin@hospitalityresoures.co.uk. If you request information we may need to contact a third party, not belonging to Hospitality Resources, in order to find to required information. We do not pass on any of your personal information when dealing with your enquiry, unless you have given us permission to do so. Once we have replied we may keep the message for up to 12 months for reference purposes, after which it is deleted. Feedback forms and emails become the property of Hospitality Resources and maybe used for other purposes such as development of site, Sales ideas etc.

 

Candidate Forms - To assist in applying or finding a job, Hospitality Resources enables you to put your personal details/CV on to our database. Job seekers can either edit or remove their details at any time from the data
Base. Please note that if you have previously applied for a job your details will have been forwarded and maybe therefore retained by the company to who you applied. Please note that Hospitality Resources are not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of candidate details in these circumstances.Employers/companies do not have our express permission to access our database to research potential candidates. Job seekers are solely responsible for submitting their details to employers, by reviewing the vacancies available and applying to them via the web site.

 

Non registered Job seekers - Job seekers who are not registered with Hospitality Resources may also apply for jobs via email links direct to the recruiting company. In such cases a copy of your details will also be automatically sent to Hospitality Resources for reference purposes and for inclusion on to the Hospitality Resources database. As such you will have the same opportunity as if you applied directly to Hospitality Resources in the first instance. Job seekers benefits

 

Employers Vacancy Forms – To assist in recruitment of employees, Hospitality Resources enables employers to advertise jobs on our web site and store your details on to our database. Employers can edit or remove their details at anytime form the data base.

 

Traffic Data - We monitor all visitors information to analyze statistics about our sales, customer traffic patterns and which pages are most frequently used. This information does not contain any details which can personally identify you.

Information Disclosure - Except as described in this Privacy Policy, Hospitality Resources will not purposely disclose any personal information that you provide to any outside parties, except as required by law or to protect Hospitality Resources Ltd, our users or others. When candidates submit personal details to an employer/company Hospitality Resources has no liability whatsoever as to how that employer/company will use those details.Hospitality Resources will not disclose your personal details to an employer without first contacting you for your express permission. Other companies we employ or contract too may have access to your personal details. Eg. Database development, web site design. They may need this information to perform their functions but may not disclose it to any third party.Hospitality Resources may contact you at any time to make you aware of any news, jobs and services that we feel may be of interest to you.

 

How Do We Protect Your Information – Information is protected by passwords on a database which is stored on a server. This means that sometimes we may ask you for proof of identity before disclosing any personal information. We use our best efforts, however we cannot guarantee that other parties, without our consent can gain access to this database.

 

Changes To This Privacy Policy – If this Privacy Policy changes in any way we will place an updated version on this page.
