 TERMS AND CONDITIONS - TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Definitions

 

“The Company” shall mean Hospitality Resources Limited.

 

“The Client” shall be the person, firm, or corporation body to whom Training & Development has been requested.

 

“Training & Development” shall be any activity involving the instruction, assessment or learning, of individuals, as provided by the Company.

 

“Proposal” shall in a written format outlining the nature of the Training & Development and fees to be charged. 

 

The Contract 

 

These terms & conditions are deemed to be accepted by the client upon receipt of written confirmation for the Training & Development requested, as outlined in the proposal.

These Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly otherwise agreed in writing by the company. 

 

Fee 

 

The client shall pay the Company a fee, as outlined in the proposal to the client.

Value Added Tax will be charged at the current standard rate. 

 

Payment

 

The fee becomes payable within 28 days of Training & Development delivery.

Interest will be charged after 40 days of invoice date.  A rate of 3% above Barclays Bank base rate will apply per seven day period or part thereof. 

 

Liability 

 

The Company can accept no liability of any kind, for any loss, such as damage to property or any expenditure incurred by a client in effecting Training & Development. 

 

Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the English Law and the parties agree to submit to the Jurisdiction of the English Law.
