The Job seeker and the employer are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of all information input by themselves.  You are responsible for ensuring that all material submitted for inclusion complies with all relevant legislation and regulations. Hospitality Resources will not take responsibility for any error, omission or inaccuracy in posted material.

Hospitality Resources does not guarantee that a CV or Job Advert shall be viewed by a specific number of Job seekers or employers.

The Hospitality Resources Web site may only be used for lawful purposes by Job seekers seeking employment and employers seeking employees. You may use, print and download information from it for these purposes only. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute form the site.

Hospitality Resources does not represent or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of postings by users, or endorse any opinions contained therein. Hospitality Resources has no obligation to screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening material posted by users.

Hospitality Resources reserves the right to remove/delete material, and /or refuse services to any person/company which Hospitality Resources in its sole discretion finds objectionable, violates the Terms and Conditions or the Law, including but not limited to the following; 

      The posting of any incomplete, false or inaccurate information. 

Posting any franchise or other business opportunity

Disclosing or sharing your password with any third parties

Posting material that is copywrited, unless you are the copy write owner or have the permission of the owner to post it.

Posting material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful or embarrassing to anyone.

The responding to any employment opportunity for any reason except to apply for Jobs, such as like soliciting employers business for any purposes are prohibited.

The deletion or revision of any material posted by any other person or entity.

The printing, downloading, copying  or use of any personally identifiable information about other Job seekers or business information about employers.  Accordingly, unsolicited communications of any type to posting Job seekers and Employers are strictly prohibited.

All users are prohibited from damaging, violating or attempting to violate the security of Hospitality Resources, its systems, data or information.  Violations of system or network security may result in legal proceedings, under the Jurisdiction of the English law.

Any user which Hospitality Resources, in its sole discretion, determines to have breeched any Terms and Conditions may be subject to any action which Hospitality deems appropriate, including but not limited to suspension , termination of service or legal proceedings.
